Japan Transit Planner-Norikae Annai is a multilingual version of the navigation application "Norikae Annai", which is the most downloaded transit app in Japan. This app provides routes and transfer information for railways and airplanes in Japan. It allows users to easily check routes, fares, and travel times by inputting their departure and destination stations.
The app offers the following features for convenient route planning:
<ul>
 <li>Calculates station names for easy search with input history</li>
 <li>Finds the nearest station based on the user's current location</li>
 <li>Switches fares seamlessly when using IC cards or tickets</li>
 <li>Takes into account Japan Rail Pass and Tokyo Subway Ticket</li>
 <li>Displays station numbering for input and reference</li>
 <li>Shows timetables for stations along the route</li>
 <li>Provides weather information for the departure and destination areas</li>
 <li>Allows users to specify seat preferences and display order options</li>
</ul>
The app also includes a timetable feature, which allows users to confirm the station timetable of Japan. It offers two display formats: list and station timetable. Users can easily switch between weekdays, Saturdays, and holidays. Additionally, Shinkansen trains are displayed with their respective train numbers.
The share function enables users to share their search results with family or friends via email or calendar.
For a more convenient experience, the app offers a PREMIUM mode. This mode allows users to specify preferred trains for Shinkansen journeys and provides additional platform information, such as platform position (car number) during transfers. It also displays departure and arrival platforms with their respective platform numbers.
The app includes a history function that automatically saves up to 50 logs. Users can access this information offline for convenience.
The app is supported on iOS 12.0 or later.
